By purchasing the Monthly Makeup Membership, you agree to the following terms:

The Monthly Makeup Membership is $400 per month and includes four (4) full-face makeup appointments.

​

All four (4) appointments must be used within the same billing month.

Unused appointments do not roll over to the next month.

​

The membership month begins on the date of purchase, not the calendar month.

​

This is a recurring monthly subscription. Your card will be automatically charged each month on the same date unless the membership is canceled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing month.

​

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused appointments or cancellation mid-month.

​

Appointments are subject to availability.

​

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
